Both. Employers can post either an internship or a standard job listing, and you can filter the job board by type to see just one or the other.

Yes - your applications page shows the current status of every role you've applied to, updated whenever the employer reviews it.

Use the "Forgot password?" link on the login page. Enter your account email and, if it matches an account, you'll be sent instructions to reset it.

Potentially, a job offer is not guarrenteed, it is up to the discretion of the business employees who post the jobs, however if you are a student, your chances are much higher as this is made for students and former students.
